15 MINUTE PLANKS are Seriously HARD!!!
Ok.... We have fun at #TheScienceOfExcellence Yesterday my long time client Jackie O -- that's my nickname for her..... came in ready to make puddles on the mat...I told ok darling... we are going to bump it up
To 2minute planks not 1minute TWO!!! Butt you are going to a total of 15 minutes...
She did 8 different set of 2 minute planks...
At set number 5 i told her we will take a break on her superset planks to do a 1 minute wunda chair plank ... of course she is the perfect client and agrees........i tell her.....Ok lets go .. 30 seconds into the plank she looks at me and says wait a minute this is not a break on planks....What country are you from????? This is just another plank......I could not stop laughing .....she looks at me working it up on her sweat she says "i hope you pee your pants laughing" ..... seriously i almost did......

#30daysoffit 100 push-up challenge. Since I'm post op shoulder surgery 3 1/2 weeks (and a broken tailboneπŸ™„) I am probably not going to be able to do a lot of the challenges , but nonetheless, ya still gotta stay fit and make adjustments if you have to. I decided to do one arm plank with knee kicks 100 2 count. Broke them up in 10 of 10. Normally with two arms I can do these suckers no problem, one arm.....hard as hell. Not allowed to workout for the next few days so decided to get a few days ahead in the #30daysofplanksgiving with @beyondfitlife day 24 easiest one of the group! Day 25 walking plank, I really like this one the constant slow movement between walking your arms up and down helps the minute fly by! Day 26 I remember struggling with this one last year just to get my leg up. Still a tough one to hold and I had to modify one side for a sore shoulder but easily got my minute done. Getting caught up and getting ahead on the #30daysofplanksgiving with @beyondfitlife days 20-23βœ”οΈ I was a bit behind and after tomorrow stitches will keep me out of the gym for a few days so trying to get ahead. For day 20 I had to modify on the right side for a shoulder injury. Day 21, I liked this so much better than last year now that my core is stronger! Day 22....I may have fallen a time or two or three and had to laugh that one fall was caught on camera with the ball in mid bounce!
