Jumps, jumps, and more jumps. Day 22/30 of my Shaun T month. Sometimes you have to find the strength to keep going deep down in your soul. I could've found every excuse in the book to skip this. Actually I did. I already ran this morning. I don't have time. I'm tired. I don't feel like it. How will I see results though if I keep finding excuses. Figure out if its worth it to you. Do you want to keep feeling like crap? Do you want to be unhappy where you are? Or do you want to feel confident, comfortable, happy, energetic, and healthy? Your choice. Its going to be hard work but don't you think you're worth it?
