Gonna try to do these everyday but didn't do it Monday 😅
Wasn't very good with the food and didn't exercise but I did drink 8 glasses of water for both days. Which is 16 glasses for two days!! 😮 I'm incredibly proud of myself for that, considering I nearly never drink enough for what my body needs. If I'm gonna stick to one of these goals I think the best one to start out with was the water goal.
