And a follow up post: I've gotten a lot of questions lately about flexible dieting and how this "sorcery" works. I just want to clear a few things up first and foremost...
1⃣ I prep my food out for the week
2⃣I weigh out EVERYTHING, if i can't weight it, or find it in MFP, I don't eat it. Simple as that
3⃣I eat REAL food, I don't just eat like a dick all the time, promise. For example, tomorrow's prepped meals: 🍩 1 packet oatmeal, 4oz Greek yogurt
🍩1 egg, 3 egg whites, 4oz home fries 🍩12oz tandoori chicken, 12 oz rice
4⃣This is where flexible dieting comes in, at the end of the night (or during the day) I eat something that FITS my macro requirements for the day that others deem "cheat meals". You have to remember, at a basic level fats break down to lipids and triglycerides, proteins to amino acids and carbohydrates to glucose!
