This is what small business looks like. It’s a surprise trip to Hershey Park for their birthdays. It was me finally getting to treat my parents and pay for their ticket too because they NEVER let me pay for anything. It’s my kids getting to see their mom in a different light and learning so much value from witnessing hard work.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the people who have helped make my dream come true. I’m so passionate about helping people feel stronger mentally and physically and getting to do so on a daily basis lights up my soul. I couldn’t do so without your support.
One year! It’s coming up on one year since I took a chance on my dream. To the girlfriends who were my only clients in the beginning. Thank you. To my Momma who always supports any of my dreams and believes I will do it bigger and better than anyone has before. Thank you. To my hubby who built our gym with his bare hands and listens to me talk about ideas tirelessly and always gives me his honest opinion. He often times is a single parent at night after his long day of work but he NEVER complains. I love you.
Lastly, I wanted to give a shout out to all the local female entrepreneurs I supported and will continue to support when starting my business.
@vanessakd for taking the beautiful images on my website
@aherronproject for my logo and design work
Katie McCormick for vinyl decals in my gym
Signs by Tomorrow in Frederick (owned by Debbie Truelove) for the amazing sign in my gym
for various collaborations and for being my guinea pig on lots of my programs
@lashbarbymeg for lashes that make me feel beautiful even when I'm a hot, sweaty mess
Hope I'm not forgetting anyone!
And to all the local female entrepreneurs I’ve met since I started my business - you are amazing. This stuff isn’t easy but you balance it all like a boss and inspire me. I can’t wait to collaborate with you all in the near future!
