It’s transformation Tuesday!! This is just 2 weeks progress from working out with Shaun T for 25 minutes a day, 4-5 times a week.
There are days when I don’t think I will make it through and I just want it to be over. Not necessarily because the workout is too hard (you can modify and still get amazing results) but because I have pushed pause 7 times in 10 minutes and I’m mentally exhausted. (I love my children, I just need 25 minutes without someone dumping yogurt all over the floor 😐) I actually look forward to the workouts, I like pushing myself to see what I’m capable of. 😊
You know what though, I GOT IT DONE! Because I have made a promise to myself to be more for my children. I need the workout to give me energy, a better attitude and just be more positive all the way around. I would never break a promise to someone else so I am definitely NOT going to break this promise to myself!! Are you making promises to yourself and not keeping them?? GIRL, WHY? YOU ARE IMPORTANT! YOU DESERVE IT!! Let’s be good examples to our children and teach them that a promise is a promise and that we are important too!!
