We’re into week 9 of my 10 week transformation programme. After completing 2 weeks each of body weight training, outdoor training, kettlebells & padwork...the final discipline of free weight training began this morning. Today we trained maximal strength by performing 6 rep max bench presses. The group learned to spot each other and pressed some very impressed loads! They go from strength to strength (pun intended). Yesterday’s crazy training day💗 @dawnmd15 and I used to be able to train together every strongman Saturday and now it’s rare we can align our schedules. Yesterday, we picked up right where we left off. She was threatening to “walk out the door” if I didn’t get every rep but she did let me pick all the death medleys 😇 we had some ridiculous combos. There was lots of dancing, blood, laughs, and selfies.
Here was an interesting medley of keg press ranging 85-125lbs to 4 tire flips that we challenged each other to get in 30 seconds, and we did 😈 LOVE STRONGMAN SATURDAYS @titanbarbell
