How do I know i’ve found the solution?
For three years I:
Worked out 6 days a week.
Followed a strict meal plan.
Hooked myself up to an IV in the form of a superfood shake.
Meal prep. Portion Control. Whole Foods. #BlahBlahBlah
Did I feel better than if I was chowing down on that fast food or binge eating JUNK? Fo sho.
Utilizing our bodies perferred AND superior fuel source to function. Ketones- “cleaner” Energy for Efficiency.
Literally floating through the day high ON LIFE.
Smiling at strangers.
Sleeping better at 34 weeks pregnant as a mom of a toddler than I did as an exhausted, over worked newlywed NURSE.
MY POINT---I THOUGHT I felt good. I wasn’t even close.
I thought I was HAPPY, energized, and fueling the right way-I WAS WRONG.
Feeling better at 29 years old, Pregnant AF with a toddler, than I did at 22 years old.
