So I meant to say this a couple weeks ago, but it still applies. If you've got resolutions, don't set a date. If you want change, you have to start now. I tried quitting smoking countless times on new years. But when I actually quit, 2 years ago, it was on a day in mid October. I put out my last cigarette before even finishing it. That was that. So to those that feel like they already screwed up 2017, don't put off all your resolutions until the next new year. January 1st ain't some magical day that may or may not erase your bad habits. It takes effort on your part. So no more whining, knees to chest, knees to chest, and cheers to making this your year.
