Real life is when you no appetite when you get home and then you get, like, really hungry at about 8:45 and have next to nothing in the fridge. So, I pulled together this weird meal and was pleasantly surprised by it!

It's my final week as a dietetic intern so hard to believe in less than a month I will finally be a registered dietitian it has been a long road to get here but I wouldn't have chosen a different path I ended up exactly where I needed to be 😃. I’m all about balance and not restricting. This first week of my cut has been hard with starting my period, my sweet 🍪🍬🍩 cravings have been crazy. Yesterday I went over my fats and carbs but today I didn’t let what happen yesterday affect how today went. I got up ate a healthy breakfast and did a 30 minutes YouTube workout. I didn't workout for hours and hours trying to burn off what I ate yesterday. Tonight I enjoyed my cookie from @heytwistedsugar and it even fit my macros. I’m so ready for what is going to happen this next month.💕
