🍫 These treats will keep you in a good mood all day long. Super easy to make, easy to store and even easier to carry around, they are life saving when you are having a hectic day. -
🍫They have a mix of fast and slow carbs which will give you a quick energy boost and avoid any crashes in the following hours. They also have healthy fats from peanut butter and cocount which will ease your hunger. Finally, they have a good source of protein, making them not only delicious but also nutritionally balanced.

🍫Ingredients
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 2 scoops of you favourite protein powder - 1./4 cup flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

🍫Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients in a bowl and mix
- Use the almond milk to reach the desired consistency. The past should be fairly solid, it shouldn't be able to move in the bowl when you tilt it side ways
- Put the past in a tupperware and leave it in the freezer for a few hours. After a few hours you can take it out, the past will have hardened and you can now break off small pieces and make little balls. The paste is pretty sticky so use some parchment paper to make it easy when taking it out of the tupperware.

Homemade Asian Wonton Poke Salad 😍😋🙌

Poke and wontons are my JAM!! If I’m at any restaurant and in the mood for a salad and see something with ahi and/or wontons, then I will probably order it 😅 But now I’ve found a SUPER SIMPLE way to just have it at home...which means having it more often 😍🙌 .

Ok, and calling this homemade is a bit of a stretch lol but it was assembled at home in under 5 minutes! soooo yea, I’m just gonna go with it 😜

Ingredients:
⚡️4 oz thawed ahi poke from @sprouts (comes frozen in a 1 lb package to be thawed in a refrigerator for about 6 hours. This is essentially the only prep for this dish)
⚡️2 servings @fresh.gourmet Garlic Ginger Wonton Strips
⚡️1 Bag of Asian Greens from @readypacfoods which has chopped cabbage, romaine, celery, carrots, broccoli, radishes, and cauliflower ⚡️2 tbsp @bolthousefarms Sweet Heat Sriracha ⚡️Seasoned with cayenne powder, salt, pepper, and also black sesame seeds for a little extra texture

When I have a more traditional meal of a protein, a carb or starch, and a veggie, I always try to fill half of my plate with veggies. You usually get more volume for the calories or carbs and it’s a nice balance for the other components on your plate to help your body run at its best.

Tracking tip: If you’re aiming to get in more veggies but still need more protein for your daily goal, try a protein-rich veggie like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, or peas. The two servings pictured above added 26c/0f/10p to my meal.
(Also, I know peas are technically legumes. Please don’t @ me.)
