I show them how to exercise based on their specific goals with customized workout plans designed for them and their body.
And I coach them through their struggles & barriers, help them discover insights, celebrate their progress & wins along the way, and provide excellent accountability to keep them on track with their goals. This is what meal plans & random workout programs are missing.
