How am I able to enjoy my favorite food while on a cut and still lose weight? It’s pretty simple. I do intermittent fasting. Break my fast around 2-3 pm and have a 6-8 eating window, which allows me to have bigger meals! I still track my food and majority of the time have the flexibility to fit it whatever it is I’m craving. Do I fit in pizza, donuts, and a bag of Cheetos all in one day? Of course not 😂
I simply don’t deprive myself from all the good food the world has to offer 😊 Nonetheless, I eat pretty clean because I like to and I like to focus on my overall health, but that’s a lil tip I have for y’all if you find yourself crash dieting or dislike eating 5-6 baby meals a day! 🍗🥓🥨🥗🥟🍜🍣
