💡WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW💡
Today I was asked by someone “why jackmotivate?”. And it has got me thinking. Why did I create this page?
☑️ Initially it was simply me posting motivational images with no thought process behind it at all. Then once I became more active and involved in fitness my page turned into a personal log of my physical feats, including most recently my powerlifting. ☑️ However, I believe I am transitioning into a new phase. One which combines a training log and mentality. Recently I have found myself thinking beyond just accepting things at face value, and I have become far more interested in the “why” behind things, particularly my own thinking and emotions. And to be honest, I think this style of thinking is the key behind my happiness. Not just being happy in terms of pleasure, that is a fleeting feeling. But being truly happy, inside and out.
☑️ No longer do I care about how my body appears to others. Rather I focus on how I feel in my body. No longer do I worry about what other people perceive me to be. Rather I know who I am and have accepted that, flaws and all.
