The dreaded “on vacation” food...
Doesn’t have to be dreadful!!!
Vacation or not- I don’t feel anyone has to eat out of Tupperware while everyone else eats “the good food”.
I get asked all the time what I eat when I go out....
First of all, I love “good food” breakfast especially is my favorite!!
I just choose wisely and hell, if there’s a pancake in front of me- I’ll eat some okayyyy
Secondly, you get a picture of my cup of coffee because I was so hungry, I wolfed my food down lol!
But here it is (and this is my typical-ish breakfast when I go out to eat for this meal)
•Egg white veggie omelette no cheese
•Side of fruit
•Dry sourdough toast (or English muffin) with jelly
Everywhere you go out to eat, there are healthy versions of “good food”.
Eating out should always be kept to a minimum as much as possible because of the high sodium can cause bloat and retention.
But don’t feel like you can’t treat yourself.
Just do good by your goals, that’s all
