Alright, it was a good weekend. I had fun. I hit my squats, and deadlifts are so freakin close! Bench can curl up and die. As always, amazing coaching by @red_brickhouse. She always knows what will make me happy with my lifts, and challenges me. Lightest body weight since I don't know... high school? I can't think back that far. BW 66.0kg
Squat 3/3 125kg, 130kg, and 135kg which also happens to be just over 2x BW (pretty excited about that.
Bench 1/3 55kg, and then I remember that I can't bench to save my life and fail 60kg twice.
Deadlift 1/3 145 (easy opener), 155kg last my balance and tipped forward, 165kg (shown)... so so close. I last my tightness when I burped near lockout! Hahaha! Can't even be mad about that. No more preworkout before deadlifts for this girl. Ammonia and caffeine it is! Throw up was pretty much the second option... and didn't really feel like making a mess and feelings by crappy. Next time.
