🙏🏻MEDITATION🙏🏻 I have always LOVED meditation but am really shit at having a ‘daily’ routine (made even worse now but a munchkin who beats to his own drum lol!) I also found it so beneficial when I got around to it to help cope with my grief as I needed something to just still the mind - as everything seemed so chaotic all the time. .
And I have found myself slipping (ok, let’s be honest head-first-off-a-diving-board kind of slip) back into chaos, monkey-brain, exhaustion, fatigue... so one area I am working on is getting back a daily habit of meditation. .
I want to share what I do because I feel like to many it can be blown out of proportion - do you need to sit cross legged with perfect posture, wearing white, on a mountain top, channeling Buddha and all the masters, for hours on end in total silence ooohhh and all the incense? .... shit NO!! You just need to stop and breathe for 2 minutes (focussing only on your breath) and you’ve just meditated. .
🙏🏻 If you can do it for 5 minutes a day, you will feel clearer, more energised, less ‘foggy’, happier... .

🙏🏻Find some short guided meditations to help you (I have used @melissaambrosini for years)
🙏🏻if you want to go deeper - TM (Transcendental Meditation) I recommend @tomcronin 21 days to faster, deeper bliss.
