FIRST OF ALL✋🏾...There may be a million in one reasons why you could benefit from therapy. As long as you do what you need to be the best you, that’s what’s important. People will always have an opinion, but only you know what you need. Of course, there are plenty of factors that can make you hesitant such as family values, judgment, stigma’s, not wanting to tell all of your business, etc.
☝🏽 A lot of times people tend to stay away from therapy because, they believe it is like what they saw on TV 📺 or someone’s horror story 😱. 9/10 it can be the exact opposite. It can be AMAZING ✨!!! Each therapist is different and your experience is based off the relationship you build with them & hard work. All the apples 🍎 aren’t bad that come from the tree🌲 . Therapy provides you with a confidential, non-judgmental, safe space to explore and process your life’s experiences.
