One year ago I decided to cut out the bullshit excuses I kept telling myself, and get to work #weighbackwednesday I swear this NEVER gets easier sharing!! 🙈
THIS TIME I focused on healing my body from chronic illness & becoming healthier & happier! This was the FIRST TIME, it wasn't about the number on the scale, the way my body had too high of a BMI (who even goes by that ANYWAYS), but it was the first time I decided to get healthier from the INSIDE out!
All odds were stacked up against me...
Celiac Disease / GI issues / Anxiety
MCAS / Chronic Hives / Flare Ups
Food Allergies / Exercise Induced Anaphylaxis
But this time... it was different, I was looking for FREEDOM from chronic illness, to let WORKOUTS be my escape & in turn I am the HEALTHIEST I've EVER BEEN! I've been doing the same homeworkouts & plans for 4 years; but when I lost my excuses I FOUND MY RESULTS! (Who knew 💁#imstubborn )
I'm now focusing on building up my confidence after years of letting my inner mean girl loose (ya know the one who tells you MEAN things), those rude remarks people have said. I'm dedicating April & May in my challenge bootcamp to feeling CONFIDENT AF!
