Thanks to the fact that I work with movement, I have a 99% chance for fully recovering from a cervical straightening.
My body knew what to do when the stress happened and protected itself allowing me to keep moving tho the pain has been something I’ve never experienced before. -
Sometimes we compromise rest hours for work hours, exercise and movement for over eating, buy cheaper food for expensive clothing, pay for anything else but a dentist appointment or anything medical related...
But the only thing that we really posses is our own body, and is not about shape or figure, is about health and wellness. -
I’ve beaten my body so much over eating and over exercising, losing tons of weight for one thing and then gaining it all over again as if that wouldn’t affect my health at all.
Now, in a condition were I’m limited on movement, I realize that even tho I care about my body there are still many habits that I realize aren’t healthy. -
My body has been good to me and had got me through, and this healing process had been hard, but also I’ve learn so much from it. & I’ve seen so much kindness and love from everyone 💛✨ -
