This is one of the happiest photos I think anyone has ever taken of me.
I had a little bit of an adventure last weekend. I got to listen to a lot of good music, dance, swim in the river, hang out with my friends and laugh a lot. It was really liberating to be out of mobile reception and far away from the responsibilities of Melbourne. I spent time with some of the people I love most in the world and who always remind me of what is really important.
I have been working so hard this year. There have been times where I've looked around and gone 'why on earth did I run head first down this path?!'. I've been pretty lucky, the whole time I've had that beautiful human smiling next to me in this photo, holding my hand and reminding me that anything we set out minds to can be achieved.
I was up early in the shop today, pricing and rearranging @thinkthornbury to make way for a bunch of new beautiful things. I've also received a few emails from people who missed out on my last Macramé Wall Hanging class on the 10th of December. I still have some places for my collaboration Floristry Christmas class with @tweedtwigs on Saturday 2nd of December. If you can make that class then I'd suggest booking in, i really don't know if I should be running another afternoon class on the 10th of December but I'm running a poll on my 'stories' so if I get though votes I'll do it. December! What a crazy time!! Lots of love, Maggie May
