Heavenly "Dry Aged Rib-Eye" at the somewhat recently opened barbecue restaurant at the Utrechtsestraat.
This was possibly the best meat I've had in Amsterdam over the years: perfect texture, taste and perfectly cooked in the open fire. My girlfriend had the regular "wet" ribeye (as they called it) which was also very good.
As a starter, they served a complimentary bread which also comes from the grill, which was delicious!
The place is cozy and nicely decorated. The atmosphere is casual, nothing fancy. Prices for dry-aged cuts are not cheap, but well worth it if you're a meat lover around the area.
