I can honestly say that I've failed plenty of times and there were time when I took it to heart and considered myself a failure.
I think now, with age and maybe some wisdom,😏, I realized that the reasons I failed were because I was doing something different from what I knew. I was learning and sometimes when you try something, you just faceplant. Hard.
But if I wasn't exercising a new "muscle," I'd still be stuck in a situation where I was just going through motions, bored and not moving.
Movement, progressive movement, means friction. And that's not a bad thing
