• POST PARTUM FITNESS • since becoming a mum I have learnt to be kinder to myself and my body when it comes to exercise. My body is a different body to my pre baby body and that's OK!
I've learnt to love and respect this body and I now realise that getting my "pre baby body" back is not my goal, my goal is to be the strongest, healthiest and happiest version of myself.
If I miss a day at the gym it's not the end of the world and my training is around my goals for my life at the moment not just about smashing my body so I can get "skinnier" or "more muscles". If I can tell you one thing it is that "health & fitness" has nothing to do with "appearance" but has to do with the balance between your mental and physical wellbeing. Listen to your body, become aware of the little things and tailor your exercise to that don't just smash your body and damage it long term.. Have you changed your fitness routine since becoming a Mum?
