I've mentioned it a couple of times that sticking to my healthy eating has been and still is a big task for me. I would start the day ok with my prepped meals, my water and all, until someone comes and offers a taste of some buns or some rice they just cooked or some mouth watering meal that's not on my meal plan or I pass that suya joint or the fried chicken. I try not to dwell so much on falling off, well until I see my midsection getting wider! I need to stay on course with my eating #jesustakethewheel
But for sure, where there's a will, there's a way and I'm going to find that way🚶♀️so from now on, I'm not going to go out with my purse or money only the amount I need for the toll gate.
As for all the food that passes by, I need to learn to say No Thanks whether it's healthy or not. In fact, my new mantra for my healthy eating would be 'if I didn't bring it, I won't eat it'!
For those struggling, It's perfectly normal to fall off sometimes. We can however take some steps to help us on this healthy eating journey like prepping our meals, that way we know everything that's going in from oils, to the amount of salt and even the spices too. It also helps us with practicing controlling our portions. We'll start from here and make little changes to our healthy lifestyle.
