My current BW is 68,5 kg more or less. I have been experimenting with my sets, food -macros, intensity, quality and hitting those big muscles two times a week. Last time I pulled this amount (220kg) was my bw 73 kg. So it is definitely some improvement. Less bodyfat and weight.
I knew that going back to my old state was going to be a challenge after my competition. I knew adjustments must been done. I lost some strenght and muscle. Many tend to overeat themself after the competition to gain back some size and strenght. In my occation I wanted to build back my body to the old shape with no more or less fat. Pure muscle gaining and strenght with the right food and amount. Don't mind the farrt after the set.💩
