-I had technical difficulties and interruptions (unexpected phone calls) but I still got back to it and got it done. - Today's tip was 'try before you modify' so I did exactly that, even though it was hard to focus with my heart beating so fast. - Tip2 ( borrowed from an e-mail sent out with tips from @chrisdowningfitness - yes I did my homework) - remember to breathe through it. I had to stop a few times just to breathe and re-focus. Guess what? I survived day 1.
