Left👉🏼 21 (or 22) years old, drinking almost everyday, little to no exercise, no idea what I wanted in life, no goals or motivation, working fast food, eating like shit, no confidence.
Right👉🏼25 years old, max drinking 1X per week, exercising 5X per week, no cardio, setting weekly goals, independent personal trainer, dieting but still having a healthy relationship with food, happy and confident, mother to 1 amazing boy. ✨I’m not where I want to be physically or mentally but pictures like this are good reminders of our own successes within our OWN individual journeys. We all struggle guys. I can tell you that in the picture to the left I was one sad, lost girl. I knew I needed a change in my life and I knew I needed to put my focus into myself and my health. It was the best decision I have ever made. And guess what? I’ve still had struggles in between the pictures... only difference is I value myself and my life enough to kick back into gear and not give up because I have goals to achieve. I have a son that looks up to me. You are in control of your life, make the most out of this one life you’ve been given. ✨
