This is a very inspirational picture. It clearly shows what hard work can accomplish. Many trainers advise their clients to set a realistic transformation. Judging by her before pic, most people would laugh or say her goal is unrealistic. Nothing is unrealistic with motivation, consistency, and knowledge. Authenticity. What does it mean to you? To me, it’s knowing and showing your truth, yourself, being the real you. I’m very passionate about this, as my friends will tell you, it’s something I value a lot. And lately I’ve been feeling a little (a lot?) conflicted about some of the posts I see on social media.

I get it, sometimes public figures get caught up in the “trend” of what is happening online, they see their competition write posts about struggles, upsets, barriers, and they feel they need to keep up with the play and do one too. But that really gets to me. I’m not downplaying anyone’s emotions, but when you put yourself on a public platform, understand that what engages people most, is when you show the real you.
Prepping for this competition, has opened me up to the world of bodybuilding. And so I follow others on the same journey at various stages and levels. And I keep seeing these posts that all look the same, posted by a different person. My newsfeed is full of struggle after struggle after struggle. And I really have to think - are these posts authentic?
Are they telling their truth right at that time - perhaps. But honestly, sometimes I’m just calling bullshit on that.
Don’t get caught up in having to compare yourself to what everyone else is doing. Don’t think that there is a “way” that you must be feeling on any given day at any given time. Focus on what you’re feeling right NOW. If you’re feeling awesome, while everyone else is complaining of hunger, shout about that. Tell everyone you’re feeling awesome. It’s OK to be feeling awesome.

Juste une photo pour montrer des différences, en prenant un athlète que j'apprécie , avec deux shapes naturelles sur cette photo , mais une différence de poids flagrante, a gauche Loic 81kgs 1m84 , a droite 1m78 , 66,5kgs.✔
Comme quoi un poids ne veut rien dire car 15kgs d'écart entre ces deux photos !!! Beaucoup se fient au poids dans le Bodybuilding , alors que l'important c'est l'harmonie et l'équilibre musculaire . Il est facile d'être le plus gros , le plus massif de mouler son tee shirt, mais il est difficile en revanche d'avoir une bonne qualité musculaire , une esthétique, du a une qualité de vie différente et supérieure.
Pour beaucoup de personne en salle ,l'ego prend le dessus sur la forme, ils veulent pousser plus lourd que le mec a côté ,sous risque de se blesser , mais il sera content car il aura pousser plus que le mec a côté ! Il est important de sortir de sa zone de confort mais pas de faire n'importe quoi ! Arrêtez de vouloir la Quantité avant la Qualité !!! Un physique esthétique et harmonieux rendra toujours mieux qu'un gros costaud tout gras avec aucune qualité musculaire n'y la mentalité qui va avec .
Tout ça pour dire que un oeil peut être trompé et dupé par une qualité supérieure à une masse important !!!🙏
