Plate Twist Raises to Straight Raises.
One of the moves i do regularly to blast my shoulders and get maximum size.
This is only with a 35lb plate and absolutely feeling it, 20x twists and 10x straight up
Try starting with 4 sets of these and tell me you don’t instantly feel it. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I tend to go overly hard when strength training, and keep writing things that are a little too hard for me to complete in order to keep me having to push. The problem is, after years of doing that, my typical training day is now 2 ½ hours or pure annihilation and most people can’t handle that amount of time with that intensity. I’ve gotten use to it and it works though.
