Apologies for being a little MIA recently (and probably will be for the rest of the week) while I've been dealing with some personal matters. I've still been training hard and hitting my macros, though my energy and focus has definitely been elsewhere. Digging through my camera reel and coming across this snap from three weekends' ago has certainly reignited my motivation to keep on top of my comp prep. The reality is that life is going to throw you the odd curveball and you aren't always going to feel inspired every single second of every single day - but it's how you respond and act in those challenging moments of deflation, temptation and doubt that make the difference between success and failure. I choose to succeed, so I choose to suck it up, grind through the shit and do what needs to be done - and I've only got 60 days to do it!!

My off season goal was to work really hard on my Lower Lats whilst keeping my waist small.. I added heavy Racks Pulls (just above the knee) and a few different variations to my Bent Over Rows...
