Sunday Dinner: Stuffed Crepes 🌯
I believe in making 1 thing and re-using it with a re-invented purpose all over again ☺️
Made dosa earlier today n used it as a crepe to combine chicken n veggies in tangy, sweet, salty and spicy flavors.. .
A sprinkle of cumin powder all over, made the dish come together 😋
Cooked: red onions sautéed in little grassfed butter and once done, sizzled with balsamic vinegar.
Raw: tomato slices
Cooked: sautéed corn in grass fed butter, then sprinkled little sea salt n cumin powder
Raw: Beetroot shavings
Cooked: Coated previously boiled potato slices in cayenne, turmeric, pepper, coriander powder n sea salt plus light olive oil. Then roasted on each side.
Raw: trendy bits of celery
✨Salty: Himalayan pink salt, celery bits
You can also see how these different textures might create a blender variety as well: soft tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, juicy corn n chewy chicken...
Husband enjoyed the paraphernalia 😂
