#Evening snacks. Earlier used to make #idli with prepared mix of #MTR . Today after referring some recipe on net, decided to make it from scratch. Soaked rice and Urad Dal for 5 hours, then made paste of it. Added Eno salt to it and kept for another 5 hours.
After that prepared them in microwave.
Made no Sambhar or Coconut chutney, so added a tadka of Sarson and curry leaves.
The result was terrific and entire family enjoyed them with tea and final cricket match. 😅😅😅😅😅
