Ok ladies this is a post for you. So many people are anti-carbs. Since the South Beach Diet and the Atkins, carbs have been the enemy to all of us. I learned from two coaches I had, @kristinavassilieva and @officialshiulina that carbs are necessary. This is what someone who eats carbs looks like. BUT I train hard and eat the right carbs at the right times. I’m not super thin, but I prefer myself a little thicker...plus it’s #growseason guys lol. Plus my midsection stays thicker because of my genetics and I push heavy weight. I see better results in my physique when I carb cycle, but everyone has to find what works for you. Over the years, I’ve learned a lot and found my way. So don’t just pay for plans, read books and educate yourself.
