Need some inspiration! ***Ideas welcome*** I need inspiration for main meals and savoury snacks
Being following slimming world diet on and off for a couple of years now and I make the same meals day in day out, because the meals are quick and easy. When I have finished work I don’t want to be cooking a long time as my evening will be take up.
I’m sort of following the slimming world diet but making more my own as I can’t use the app to find out syns. It’s why I have my instagram account to steal ideas from people who are doing really well.
My evening when I get home, home by 6, get myself sorted and walk the dogs and when I get back it’s nearly 7 o’clock and by the time I sit down to eat it’s half past 8 and when I’ve cleaned up the mess got myself sorted it’s half 9 then normally it’s shower and relax by 10 and I’m back up at half 5 for the gym.
