I've met my biggest hurdle so far on my fitness journey. Reaching 2,000 calories a day seems an impossible feat. Yesterday I somehow only got 1,100 cals in. I did meet my protien goal though! Greek yogurt, granola, and blueberries gave me 421 cals and 30g protien right away this morning and it was DELICIOUS!! Those of you working on diet as well as fitness, what are some suggestions for getting your cal/protien intake goals daily? I would love to hear from you!
