How to grow the boulders?!
1️⃣ I will always begin my workouts with larger/stronger movements! Things like military press, dumbbell shoulder press and Arnold press.
2️⃣ I then move on to more focused lifts like side raises, front raises and rear raises.
3️⃣ Do not overwork one of the deltoids but neglect the others. I see so many people doing side raises and shoulder press whilst neglecting the front and rear delt work which takes away from the ‘rounded’ look we all crave!
4️⃣ ANGLES! Shoulders can be worked very differently simply due to the angles in which we lift or hold the weights. Make sure you hit them from every angle!
5️⃣ Lighter and smoother is better than heavier and faster. Especially when working laterally. Smooth, controlled movements will create better muscular stimulation, give you a deeper burn and force much more blood into the muscle for that ever elusive pump 😍
Also, I heard staring at them aggressively for 3 hours a day helps also, but that may or may not be broscience
