Did a double yesterday with overhead in the morning and cardio at night in the form of deadlifts. This was 265 for 3 sets of 8 and 275 for 1 set of 8. Feeling easier and easier. Gotta keep going before @will_lift.for.chocolatemilk passes me. #icfitness #deadliftsarecardio #powercouple

Well the key is to get stronger. Could barely do 185 for 3 sets of 5 a couple weeks ago and this is 175 for 4 sets of 8. I would take that any day. Now to eat more food and continue to get stronger. #trusttheprocess #eatfoodgetstrong #includeicecream #icfitness

Spinning is a total body workout that aids in toning up your tummy and improving core strength. It is a butt burner too that is for sure, so if you want a more plump or perkier bum come give it a try. Lastly, pushing with your heals helps facilitate building strong hamstrings and quads.
