IT’S TESTING WEEK! I was so excited to see just where my strength maxes, my speeds, and endurances were! We’ve done a ton of “fun” stuff this week but I thought this would be cool to share. After 1 RM on deadlift, we did 100 BURPEES FOR TIME. Here’s the kicker: at the top of every minute you had to do 4 DB or KB snatches (35/53). I finished in 7:32, where are you?
