So going forward I'll be concentrating on competition form which means squat day is all about depth and power. I used my belt and knee wraps on my heaviest squats and it really helps me go deeper!

Flex the shoulders on em!! Happy Friday fitfam! Did my bench routine today because I didn't do it earlier in the week! Focused on USPA rules form so there were modifications on reps!
Bench press: 135lbs x7(1 rep paused on the chest for a 3 count)
155lbs x 5 reps( 1 rep paused for 3 secs) did this for 2 sets

Incline press: 35lb db (3 set x 15 reps)

1 arm tricep extension: 35lb kb
