It's pretty to see how far I've came over the past few years, but I'm still not even close to where I wanna be!
2014 was my freshman year wrestling, I was around 120 pounds and missed several meals from cutting weight!
2015 I was around 130, just started lifting and eating a little more
2016 I started portioning my meals more (I've ate healthy for the past 5 years, I just didn't portion myself) and I was weighing around 145!
2017 (last night after a killer bicep workout 😂) I've been keeping track of portions and keeping my meal plans going, around 143!
Like I said, I'm not even CLOSE to where I wanna be, but I've made a lot of progress and I can't wait to progress further!
