Day 5 of 80
(Posting late) Day 5 was leg day. The workout was amazing & awful 😂, you understand if you hate leg day like most of us. I still wasn’t feeling 100%, actually probably felt worse yesterday so I didn’t eat as much as I should have again. I’m not “cheating” the plan by eating things I shouldn’t, but I am cheating by not eating things that I should. Food is fuel, and I can’t let my body run on empty! I also didn’t drink as much water as I should have which I can definitely say I am feeling today since this is being posted late!
