A grumpy morning. Sometimes my emotions take over...so I'm sitting here breathing and trying to reign myself in. I think we all have those days where you just want to blow up. Yup today that's what's happening. 😳 Especialy when I feel this way, that's when I HAVE to get my workout in. It's what helps me balance and work on mentally getting into a better place...it's the endorphins and they are powerful. 👍 I LOVE LIFTING HEAVY! It's so good for us ladies, as long as you work on form first!! 👍 in September I'm going to be leading a workout that involves weights and pushing past where you thought you could go. If your interested in joining me I'd love to have you!! It's a 60 day workout but will push you and challenge you and change you. Change is good!!
