Update on hitting <15% by Sept 19 when I turn 49. I started on the cut the fat path at start of April scale was at 206, my scale showed 27% body fat 37-38% muscle. I don’t know how accurate this scale is on body fat and muscle but it will tell me if they going in right directions. Looking to get that fat% under 15% the lowest I had gotten back when I got to 174 was about 16-17%. Last time I was restricting calories too much at 1200, so this time trying to keep as much lean tissue this time so I am eating around 1600-1700. Currently at 184 and 20% body fat. I wrote out a weekly weight schedule I was to be at 189 by this Saturday July 7, so I am 3-4 lbs below that right now.
