I have been getting some questions on my “nightly cocktail” I have been posting, so I thought I would share it here. So 📚book mark and save ☑️ because this is my spin on the Braggs limeaide but half the cost and is super

All you need is 2 tblsp APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, 1 Pack STEVIA, LEMON, LIME and H2O. I also like using mineral water for a little fizz and to spice things up sometimes! Mix all the ingredients in a glass (if you are feeling real sassy 💁🏼‍♀️ a wine glass), and ENJOY!

😱😩My IBS and leaky gut are back 😔😒❗️

I recently had some big life changes happen, which are super stressful. So, even though I’m eating healthily, the stress took over and is wreaking havoc on my body, especially my digestive and immune systems 😓😬. I work so hard to be healthy and take care of my gut so I’m super frustrated!

But, thankfully, through trial and error I know what steps I need to take to heal my gut and get my body back to its “happy place”. So, this morning in addition to my low-acid coffee which is easier on my stomach, I’m also having a mug of ginger tea ☕️ 🙂 to calm down the inflammation and soothe the chaos happening in there.

I completely understand what it’s like to struggle with gut issues or systemic inflammation 👀👹👺💩☠️. It’s hell and sometimes it’s hard to keep hope alive. -

Last night I couldn’t fall asleep and then I was awake from 4am-6ish am. My back was killing me, my stomach hurt, and I had a headache 🙄 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

So it was a crazy frustrating night of sleep over here! 👋🏼 but that’s ok, I really don’t get upset about it because there’s a million worse things on the planet. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

BUT I am GRATEFUL for the flexibility of my create your own schedule life, because I let myself sleep in until 8:30 after I finally fell asleep! Obvi I couldn’t do this when I still worked in Corp. America and for someone else, so I’m taking these little moments and remembering to be very grateful for the things I’m able to do being my own boss ❤️ #dunkin

Look what I have finally managed to find 🙌🏼 After seeing everyone else post about these a couple of weeks ago, I just had to find them but my local @sainsburys stores are quite slow on new stock, but it was worth the wait 💃🏻

They are so yummy and don’t taste free from at all! If your late to the party like me, you must go and find these, you won’t be disappointed ☺️

These are my real nails. Long, strong & healthy. I used to bite my nails so the motivation for me to stop doing this was mainly because I thought this was an unhygienic issue contributing to my stomach pain. Plus real always looks nicer, not to mention it’s also extremely cost effective! So I don’t put any nail strengthening on my nails cause it just doesn’t make sense to me that you can protect or grow your nails that way. Similarly to hair, it’s almost completely strengthened from within, not the external applications of various products. Eat healthy, don’t bite your nails & stress less☝🏼Also take breaks between nail polish applications to ensure your nails are able to breathe. Why it takes so long to detect and diagnose Hashimoto’s? What was your diagnosis experience?
〰️ Doctors don’t look for it until symptoms become very serious.
〰️ There are rarely any routine screenings involving testing for antibodies without any major signs of Hashimoto’s.
