😱😩My IBS and leaky gut are back 😔😒❗️
I recently had some big life changes happen, which are super stressful. So, even though I’m eating healthily, the stress took over and is wreaking havoc on my body, especially my digestive and immune systems 😓😬. I work so hard to be healthy and take care of my gut so I’m super frustrated!
But, thankfully, through trial and error I know what steps I need to take to heal my gut and get my body back to its “happy place”. So, this morning in addition to my low-acid coffee which is easier on my stomach, I’m also having a mug of ginger tea ☕️ 🙂 to calm down the inflammation and soothe the chaos happening in there.
I completely understand what it’s like to struggle with gut issues or systemic inflammation 👀👹👺💩☠️. It’s hell and sometimes it’s hard to keep hope alive. -
