Final places available for our March Tow-Day Weekend Course. 📍 Redhill, Surrey
🗓 17 & 18 March
⏰ 09:30 - 15:30
Our course is a complete antenatal course, so consider it your one-stop birth prep course! On the course you'll learn to see birth and pregnancy in a completely new light. Pretty much everyone starts with fear and trepidation - some more than others, but it's usually there for most because we're taught to fear birth - consciously and subconsciously.
✅ In a full course, we focus on releasing any fears and what you want/don't want. We focus the mind on positivity and the way your body is designed perfectly to give birth and, therefore, fear is not necessary and can actually prevent your body working as effectively as it can in birth. 💡 The course teaches you about the physiology of birth (understanding this helps you understand what exactly is happening during birth and, therefore, helps you trust your body), you'll learn tangible tools to use during pregnancy and birth to help you remain calm and in control.
⚡️ We talk a lot about choices in birth so that you are informed and empowered to make the choices that are right for you, your baby and your birth partner (if you have one). The course also covers the hours after birth, gentle caesarean, induction and many more things. We look at all of these things from a practical perspective and from a 'choices' perspective - the questions to ask, how to make the choices etc.
The course includes:
🍃 A place for you and your birth partner (if you have one)
🍃 10 hours of teaching
🍃 The chance to meet other parents-to-be
🍃 Our exclusive MGH Parent Pack, which is full of all the course content
🍃 The Hypnobirthing Book by Katharine Graves
🍃 Colour & Calmness MP3
🍃 Ongoing phone and email support throughout your pregnancy from Miriam, Parent Tribe founder and our Hyonobirthing Practitioner. This is often an aspect of the course people find far more useful that they'd imagined.
The final places are available now, but once they're gone, they're gone, so email mg@miriamgreaves to find out more.
