Disease has become way too normal in our country. The avg Body Mass Index is approaching 30 which classifies as obese. The worse recorded in ~40 years. Although there are many contributing factors, in my opinion the worst is simply that we have become SOFT! Many have become accustomed to an easy life. Internet, Smartphones, Uber, Amazon, Same day delivery, etc. Our everyday life has become more and more automated, and we are asked to do less and less. The fact is our mind and body adapts to the demands that we place upon them, and these demands have decreased considerably for many. We are becoming more and more sedentary than ever. The best way to reverse this trend hasn't changed :) ...it's exercise! Exercising our minds and bodies EVERY DAY! It should be a prerequisite for life. If your alive than you should exercise. Its a small price to pay for a healthy and prosperous life. We must change our mindset to realize that Disease is really being unfit in itself, not necessarily a particular disease you have manifested from being unfit. We need to start looking at being unfit at an early sign of disease, because it routinely will transpire to one or more of them. Lets get away from a life of ease! A life of too much comfort. A life of not demanding our minds and bodies to be fit and ready to handle growth, challenges, and good health. Lets Diss the Ease of life! Its never too late, and the best time to start is NOW!! ALIMENTS À FAVORISER - Fruits, légumes et fruits secs riche en potassium (brocoli, épinards, choux, courges, bananes, agrumes, ananas, pommes de terre, abricots secs, figues sèches, dattes, raisins secs ect...).
- Céleri (le sel de céleri qui est du céleri-rave séché et rapé, rien à voir avec le sel au céléri, mélange de sel et de céléri) est une excellente alternative au sel de table, sa haute teneur en sodium est compensée par sa richesse en potassium.
