First time at the gym in a week and I felt so weak. Being sick is no joke 😓
I want to express the importance of nutrition. Whether you workout or not your body needs a certain amount of vitamins to stay healthy. Especially being #vegan (like me) or #vegetarian or any other diet that restricts you have to make sure you're eating enough for your body to function and gain energy properly. I've been around a lot of clients and friends who come to me with issues of not being able to loose weight so they try to diet, or cut carbs or any other mainstream dieting routine and they always get the same results. My rule of thumb, eat more raw foods, cut the portion size of grains and sugars (but not eliminate completely) and add a mild workout routine to your day at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. You WILL see results. 💪
