Eine Übung die man sehr oft und in fast jedem Fitnessstudio sieht sind Hyperextensions.
Das Polster wird so eingestellt, dass das Polster mit der Hüfte abschließt und man sich bequem über das Polster durch eine Beugung in der Hüfte bewegen kann.
Der Rücken bleibt hierbei gerade und der Rumpf wird fest angespannt (Bauch und Rücken). Bei dieser Übung wird hauptsächlich der untere Rücken trainiert und ein kleinen Teil der Arbeit übernimmt noch der Beinbeuger und das Gesäß.

Gerade für Leute, die einen schwachen unteren Rücken haben (z.B. Bürotäter ;) ) sollten ihren Rücken gezielt trainieren und stärken. =)

Do you ever do these? They are called hyperextensions (back extensions) and I do them 2-3x a week! They are great for your mid and lower back, your core, and even your glutes/hams! I often do them with a 10 or 25lb weight, or else I'll use resistance bands. I have a very thick lower back and I credit it to exercises like this! De trainingen die de meesten niet zien maar waar het overgrote deel van de sessies door het jaar heen uit bestaat: zogenaamd 'boring' volume. First off, don't mind this music. It's non-copyrighted so I don't get in trouble again lol gonna start removing and reposting old videos as well asap! Here's the first half of my leg day yesterday: 1️⃣Hip Thrusts - 4 sets of 10, I really focused on slowly bringing the weight down and then an explosive concentric motion 2️⃣ Deadlifts 4 sets of 12, I added the band for extra resistance! Really drive through the heels and squeeze the glutes. These first two were a compound set (2 exercises back to back for the same body part with no rest in between). 3️⃣ Hyperextensions glute focused 4 sets of 10. Keep back rounded and don't extend the back at the top. Toes slightly pointed out. This will all help you feel it in your glutes and hamstrings 🍑🔥 video is sped up and I cropped my head out in the first clip 😅

Two great workouts to help strengthen 💪🏼 that lower back, some rack pulls and lower back hyperextensions, but I mixed in some barbell rows to get the most out of my back 💯🔥
