Start the day with some bench rep PR 125lbs 7️⃣sets x 3️⃣. My goal is 10x3, but after ser 7(video shown)i decided to drop 5lbs to finish with 120lbs 3x3. I am super happy with my bench progress so far😭😭😭, was never able to reps this weight before😭😭😭.

Did some things out of the norm yesterday because of how tight my upper back was. I could barely turn to merge on the highway 🙄 but by the time I got to the gym yesterday it was feeling decent. Still avoided a lot of things and did A LOT of #buttstuff aka accessories, weirdos. Learned I can do a strict handstand push-up which is cool. And I’m trying be be better with my hip extension and being more explosive! Each week i sauté 12 peppers and 2 onions to add to an assortment of meals. It creates a ton of flavor with reasonable macros. Add it to taco salad, chicken or pasta! .

W11D4: I swapped day 4 & 5 of my program because I took an unscheduled day off yesterday and just felt like lifting heavy today. I’ll do my accessory day tomorrow. ⁣⁣

Squats felt oddly good today. By my third set I was feeling it though. In my squat video, of my third set, you’ll see me looking at the camera a couple of times. I attempted to record my first set, then my second set. Both times the app completely shut down. Weird.⁣⁣

Bench was on the lighter side today. I’m still recovering from a much needed brutal massage session of my pecs and all around my shoulders. But they felt great. Almost hypertrophy time! ⁣⁣
