K A R I A K O O M A R K E T 🇹🇿
Landed in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania about a week or so ago. Such an interesting place. The city is the most populous city in East Africa, and despite this, the city seemed so calm and chilled. I found myself in Kariakoo Market where you can freely browse and shop in the overwhelming heat!
Created in 1974, Kariakoo Market is one of the major trading places in East Africa due to its coastal location. These markets span several blocks, with different areas selling different goods, such as electrical items, clothes, kitchen ware...amongst many other things
Look out for my blog on my trip to Tanzania coming soon 😉
