Our insanely additive, ever improving rye sourdough made daily with unbleached, organic stone milled Australian flour. Served with whipped brown butter and shaved macadamia. It’s a 14hr process from start to finish and @mitch_beswick is smashing it at the moment. Meet Cracker. Our resident wallaby at the farm who decided to photobomb the @countrystylemag. Once she turned up wanting her 15 mins of fame naturally we had to accomodate and coax her into the perfect spot with some snacks.
