GUYS. These salt n’ vinegar chick peas were UNREAL. If you are as obsessed with salt n’ vinegar chips as I am then you have to try these. They are a great option for a healthier alternative to chips and so simple to make!!
Rinse and drain 1 can (15oz) of chick peas and then pour into a small sauce pan, cover with white vinegar and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove chick peas from heat and continue to let them soak in the vinegar for 25 minutes. Set the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking dish with parchment paper. Drain the chick peas and mix with EVOO or grape-seed oil and salt and roast in over for 25-30 minutes. Continue to check on them to make sure they don’t burn! Let them cool for a few minutes after before indulging (i literally ate almost the whole thing in one sitting bc they’re so damn good🤷🏼♀️)
